Wondrous Gems have teamed up with Stoneage (Glastonbury, U.K.) who developed this comprehensive range of designs which are produced by craftsman jewellers in their own workshops. As each piece is individually made by hand some slight variations in size may occur. Our gemstones are sourced from nature and are carefully selected from the highest quality stones available. All our gemstones are natural and untreated. Availability of suitable stones may fluctuate at times. We also offer man-made gemstones such as Opalite. | Making a PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Switch. We also offer payment by PayPal. We accept personal cheques in pound sterling from UK banks only. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear. All items need to be paid in full before they are shipped. In case you order and pay for an item that is not in stock, we will send you an email and offer to backorder the item or give you a full refund.

Note on UK deliveries:
In the case of your not being available to sign for your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card and retain the parcel at your local sorting office for 7 days before returning it to us - in the event a parcel is returned because it hasn't been collected by you, we will ask you to cover the cost of posting it back out to you - for this reason, please contact us if no parcel or card has been received within 5 days of despatch. In the rare event that a parcel is delayed or lost, Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss until 21 days after despatch, therefore we are unable to replace your order at our costs until this time has elapsed.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. | Secure PaymentAll credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. At WondrousGems.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Within 30 days of receipt, we can accept returns of any complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition. We cannot exchange or refund items which are damaged by the recipient. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We will exchange to an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price, depending on the product and your wishes, as stated to us in writing.
